Processing Times

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where tracking is available.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the destination.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, peak periods, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are dispatched within the stated processing period and delivered within the applicable estimated timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable period after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first and then contact us at info@spektrek.com.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address, contact us at info@spektrek.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or otherwise caused the delivery to fail, additional shipping or handling costs may arise.

Where legally permitted, such costs may be charged to or deducted from any refund otherwise due to the customer.

This does not apply where the failed delivery was caused by Spektrek or the carrier and is not attributable to the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us at info@spektrek.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will reasonably assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us as soon as possible. We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the delivery with the carrier.

Delivery Risk

For consumer orders, responsibility for loss or damage during shipment remains with Spektrek until the product has been delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If you independently choose a carrier that was not offered by Spektrek, the risk may transfer to you when the product is handed to that carrier, where permitted by applicable law.

International Orders

Depending on the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered product may legally be imported into their destination country.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Spektrek is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other extraordinary events.

Such circumstances do not remove any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
